CHÀO SHOW accepts the payment methods displayed on the website at the time of reservation.

After successful payment and order processing, CHÀO SHOW sends a Reservation Confirmation Email containing the relevant reservation and order information.

The confirmation may include the customer’s name, service date, number of guests, seating information, program information, Order ID, payment information and other relevant instructions.

CHÀO SHOW does not issue or use a Reservation QR Code.

If the confirmation email has not been received, customers should check their Inbox, Spam/Junk and Promotions folders and contact CHÀO SHOW if necessary.

Check-in

Customers do not need a QR Code for check-in.

Upon arrival, customers only need to provide:

The Reservation Confirmation Email and/or Order ID.

CHÀO SHOW staff will verify the reservation in the system.
